Notes:
It was agreed that Theatre Pledge 2010 was a good idea but was specifically targeted at the theatre community. It was agreed Theatre Pledge 2012 should be targeted at the public.
Pledges are to be changed people have the option at the start to delete what they don’t want to do.
Attend 12 shows.
In three different West Midland venues.
To take 6 people in the course of a year.
To on three occassions to visit a theatre company/venue website and post a comment.
Finally there will be an area for the person making the pledge to nominate some one/thing for an award at the end of the year.

Buy in from as many regional venues and companies as possible.
Look for media sponsor.
Circulate the cards late in 2011.
Stage a launch event.
Consider a reminder effort possibly in September
Stage a grand finali/public awards ceremony to which successful pledgees are invited.
