This was so much of a question but more of an introduction of Vamos Theatre, Worcester based Arts Council funded theatre company touring nationally, full mask theatre productions.
Notes:
Next Vamos production is called “Much ado about Wenlock” and there was some discussion about have people are slowly learning about the history of Much Wenlock ( a small rural Shropshire market town) being the place where the birth of the Modern day Olympics took place.
Vamos runs training courses in full mask, have an education menu and a youth theatre that is part of the West Midlands Olympic celebration project, “Godiva Awakes.”
Actions:
To find a venue in Birmingham to bring “Much ado about Wenlock”- we have over 90 bookings nationwide, but nothing in Birmingham.
Vamos need to find an international partner as part of our Arts Council funding and are no looking forward to meeting international companies at the BE Festival.
Vamos are very happy to hear from Universities in terms of collaborations or work experience.
We are looking for a film maker- to work on education and trailer making projects.
